Studios

Lofty, airy and bathed in natural light, our architect designed, free-standing, two-storey studio construction is unique.

Our studios are clean, dry and warm, varying in size from 84 to 345 square feet. Constructed from beech plywood, each studio has a window into the communal area. Our ground floor studios benefit from solid floors and block walls.

Studios on the mezzanine floor benefit from additional lighting via skylights and windows on at least two sides. We’ve also added additional ventilation for extra comfort.

There are service sinks available to use on both floors.

Prices for studios start at £357 (inc VAT) per month and include service charge, electricity and heating.
