As part of this, they would undertake a review of the issue in question but also look at other areas you might not have thought. They would then provide you with a written advice note, from which you may then have the issue in hand or want to explore other areas. If they were to recommend any work, this would be done on a fixed fee basis and they can offer you some form of discount on any of their services.

Terms and Conditions are reviewed by each member as it might not apply to everyone’s needs. The scheme automatically allows up to £50,000 per annum of turnover for goods sent to USA/Canada which it is not overly common with other schemes.‍
