IP hotline - depending on the nature of the question, the question will be answered by phone or will proceed with a consultation.
Consultations/IP phone - Briffa will provide you with a free hour long consultation which can resolve any issues without the need to spend any money.
As part of this, they would undertake a review of the issue in question but also look at other areas you might not have thought.
They would then provide you with a written advice note, from which you may then have the issue in hand or want to explore other areas. If they were to recommend any work, this would be done on a fixed fee basis and they can offer you some form of discount on any of their services.

This refers to the craft workers and designer makers scheme that Clear Group offers all our Members. Terms and Conditions to be reviewed by each member as it might not apply to everyone’s needs.

The scheme automatically allows up to £50,000 per annum of turnover for goods sent to USA/Canada which it is not overly common with other schemes.
Key points:
In addition to the standard cover above, there are options to cover business property which is contents, stock, business equipment, the sum insured starts at £5,000 and the standard policy excess is £250.
Goods in transit cover for items sent by third party courier/post is included if business property cover selected and is limited to 20% of the chosen sum insured or £5,000 whichever is less.
Portable computer/mobile phones etc are also covered up to 25% of business property sum insured or £5,000 whichever is greater.
Business interruption cover can be added at a set sum insured of £50,000.
Exhibitions are included as standard throughout the UK and temporarily anywhere else in the world.
The business property cover is not specific to one premises as we appreciate makers could work at other studios or at home.
The scheme runs from 1st April to 31st March, if cover is purchased mid-term the premium is charged pro-rata subject to insurers minimum premium.
Craft Central studio holder, Nathan Joyce, is a photographer, illustrator and packaging designer whose clients include Propercorn, Pip & Nut, Freerider, Amanova, Freestar, Natco & Coeo.
For any product photography, the day-rate is £250 (usually £300). Or if you need any packaging design or kids illustration, offers available on a case-by-case basis.
