On show will be a small exhibition of automata or mechanical art, mostly made by Stephen Guy. They are colourful, funny machines built in Stephen's playful assemblage style using found toys, objects and anything that catches his eye. They can all be operated by turning a handle. Some are interactive and allow visitors to play around with the mechanisms and spinning objects. There's no display cases - all the machines are to be used and enjoyed!
