As a photographer I specialise in product & brand photography. I’m frequently covered in ingredients from a messy shoot, or having fun making stop-motion animations. Some selected clients include: Pip & Nut, Propercorn, Freestar, OTO, Freerider, & Amanova.
I love working with vibrant colours, subtle textures & playful shapes to create rich illustrations for children’s books & packaging. The sillier, the better in my opinion.
I have several years experience in packaging design from my time as an in-house creative at Propercorn. From concepts through to art-working I’ve worked on the complete packaging process for several snack brands. I particularly love working on any packaging that’s illustrative & playful.
As much as I enjoy working digitally, it’s always a treat to get to work with my hands. Recently I’ve been working on a toy concept that involves slotting card letters together to make a model animal; the letters that spell ‘Crocodile' become a model crocodile, for example.
There’s something extremely satisfying about styling letters to tell a story. I’ve created typographic designs for t-shirts, greetings cards & brands.
