To coincide with London Craft Week, Craft Central was thrilled to welcome so many visitors for its Makers’ Market on Saturday 14 May. Many commented on the quality of work and the friendly atmosphere.

The public was able to explore and shop from our wider craft community exhibiting in the gallery as well as enjoying one of the workshops celebrating London Craft Week.

The workshops were a wonderful addition to our Market. With Carb Club, the participants were invited to design their own ceramics, and paint them with colourful underglaze. Others were exploring the art of drawing with fire with sculptor Lee Borthwick.

The popular Japanese micro bakery GuChoki Pan returned serving up delicious, sweet and savoury Japanese sourdoughtreat.
