British designer-maker Selina Rose set up her textile surface design studio in 2005. Selina uses cutting-edge technology to create intricately cut and printed interior textiles. Working predominantly with industrial felt and paper, she combines delicate surface decoration, embroidery and screen printing with innovative cutting technologies to create unique interior products. Final products include cushions, light-shades, bespoke fabrics and wallpaper.
Selina has received extensive coverage from international design press including Grand Designs magazine, Living etc, House and Garden, The Evening Standard, Accessory Merchandising USA and Mix Future Interiors. In 2006, she was awarded a grant for the arts from The Arts Council England to develop her creative practice.
