Spring’s short-lived blossoms, cascading water, jellyfish, spray thrown up by the sea…

Michelle is a designer-maker working with glass, textiles and surface design to create unusual pieces for interiors and fashion accessories.  Reminiscent of waterfalls, her current collection incorporates Swarovski crystals loosely encased in glass drops, so the crystals move and sparkle from within their enclosure. Inspired by fleeting moments of beauty that constantly change or are barely there, Michelle feels glass is the perfect medium to capture these glimpses, as fragile and ethereal as the moments themselves, yet a lasting reminder of ephemeral beauty.

Michelle also creates bespoke designs and most recently undertook a major surface design commission for Carole Caplin at the new Lifesmart private members health club in London.
