Craft Central

I create colourful contemporary jewellery in my London studio where I design and construct textile forms and make collections inspired by nature. This beautiful, ethereal and light jewellery is made from raw dyed silk fibres, nylon and silver. Some are joined by lengths of sculpted wire mesh. The textile element is constructed using a unique process I have developed over several years. The striking yet delicate collections includes earrings, necklaces, brooches, and rings . Many of the pieces have hidden magnetic fastenings transforming their use from brooch to accessory for hair, hat or scarf. My work is unique in contemporary jewellery today with the use of raw silk forms, vibrant colour and the processes used. I am able to offer a bespoke service or work to commission for special occasions including birthdays, weddings, christenings or naming ceremonies and anniversaries. I can discuss form, composition, scale and colour to meet my client’s specification and make exclusive pieces for any occasion.
