Launched in 2005 Emily Bedford Jewellery specializes in the design and manufacture of contemporary jewellery. Fluidity and imagination is expressed throughout the work and much attention is given to detailing through use of colour. Emily Bedford’s sense of artistry results in the work having an organic and individual quality, the aim being to create pieces that capture the imagination.
Emily Bedford Jewellery has produced 6 collections to date, which all use a variety of materials for each, including metallic thread, miniature paintings, resin, gold leaf, fine silver and 18 ct gold. All items are entirely hand-made adding character and giving each piece the maker’s signature.
Customers range from the young fashion conscious (who keep up with trends but who are prepared to be more courageous within the bounds of fashionable jewellery) to the more mature woman who is looking for classic items that will continue to be wearable despite changes in fashion.
Emily Bedford jewellery produces a new collection each year, with importance being placed on creativity and variety.
