Jewellery by Amy Keeper, Bronagh Kennedy and Nancy Rose

Date: 13 July 2009 to 19 July 2009
Location: The Corner Shop, Craft Central, 21 Clerkenwell Green London EC1R 0DX

Amy Keeper - Vintage Postcard Collection. Using the photographed characters from vintage postcards to make pieces of jewellery with a romantic narrative; sometimes setting the images behind stones and glass to include them as precious elements, and sometimes using photo-etching to create the suggestion of a contemporary cameo. Inspired by the romantic messages written on the reverse of these postcards, Amy hopes her jewellery reflects the romantic sentiment with which they were originally sent.

Bronagh Kennedy - Contemporary Classics. Bronagh's new collection is a sophisticated collection of designer jewellery marrying the elegant proportions and purity of classical design with the sumptuous colours of semi-precious stones. Each piece is hand built using 3D digital technology to afford intricate detail and precision design. Then hand finished and stone set using a variety of techniques giving each piece its own individual quality and character. The collection comprises beautifully detailed pieces for women and men in a combination of gold, silver and semi precious stones, including: sumptuous cocktail rings set with beautiful coloured semi-precious stones, wedding and engagement rings for men and women, and Men's designer rings and cufflinks.

Nancy Rose - Leaf Collection.  Contemporary, handmade, silver jewellery featuring baroque freshwater pearls. Nancy is inspired by nature and organic forms. The precious metal captures its fragility into a timeless and beautiful collection of unique jewellery for women for everyday wear. The collection includes adjustable rings, earrings and necklaces all hand finished and made using traditional jeweller's techniques.
